Christmas Brunch Cake & New Year's Pretzel

I made another cake! This time it was four layers of soft ginger bread cake with fluffy cream cheese frosting. It turned out so tall and delicious, plus looked perfect in Alex's new dining room!

Timmy and I also made a (Traditional Pittsburgh) New Year's Pretzel! We topped it with crumbled Heath Bars!
